Add BacklinkGenie as a custom connector in Claude, sign in once, and ask Claude to show you today's pitches, draft replies to editors or import posts you want to be in. Claude asks before anything is sent.

Open Connectors
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.

Paste the BacklinkGenie URL
Name it BacklinkGenie and paste the server URL.

Sign in and allow access
Claude opens a BacklinkGenie sign-in window. Approve access for the account you want Claude to use.

Start a chat and ask for what you need. Claude calls the BacklinkGenie tools and shows you the result.

What stays the same as the dashboard
Claude works on the same account, sites and mailboxes as the BacklinkGenie dashboard, so you can switch between them freely. Pitches still wait for approval, every edit goes through the quality check, and sending stays inside each mailbox's daily limit. Questions people ask
Which Claude plans support custom connectors?
Custom connectors are available in Claude's paid plans and on Free with limits that Anthropic sets. If you don't see Add custom connector under Settings → Connectors, check Anthropic's current plan details.
Can Claude send emails without asking me?
BacklinkGenie tells every assistant to show you a pitch or reply and get your explicit go-ahead before calling approve_draft or send_reply. The quality check also runs on anything Claude edits, so a pitch with a paid-link offer or a stray link is rejected.
Do I need an API key for Claude?
No. Paste the URL and sign in. API keys are for clients that don't support sign-in, like Cursor or scripts.
What does it cost?
MCP access is included on the Growth and Agency plans. Pitches written through Claude count toward the same monthly emails as the dashboard; reading data and drafting replies are included.
