Most link building reports are a spreadsheet someone updates on Friday afternoon. The numbers already live in BacklinkGenie.

Tips
- Ask for comparisons: "versus last week" or "versus last month".

Can I share these numbers with a client?
Yes. Ask your assistant to format them as a table or a short summary you can paste into an email or a doc. The dashboard shows the same pitches, replies and links won for each site.
Do questions like these use up anything?
No. Reading numbers, drafts, replies and links is included. Only pitches and follow-ups count toward your monthly emails.
Do I need an API key to use BacklinkGenie from Claude Code?
Yes. Create one in BacklinkGenie under Settings → MCP; keys start with bg_live_. MCP access is on the Growth and Agency plans.
