Postaga alternatives that are up and running
Postaga was a popular first outreach tool for link building, partly because directories listed a free version. When we checked on October 16, 2026, postaga.com returned a hosting error page instead of the product. That may be temporary, but if your campaigns depend on it, it's worth having a backup.

What to look for in a replacement
Check three things before you migrate: whether the tool finds prospects or just stores them, whether it sends from your main domain (risky for cold outreach), and whether it tells you when a won link disappears. Postaga users usually want the first two handled without paying Pitchbox prices.
Moving your prospects over
If you exported prospects or target posts from Postaga, you can paste the post URLs into BacklinkGenie. The agent re-checks each one, finds a current contact and drafts a new pitch, so stale contacts don't bounce.
A fair look at Postaga

Where it's strong

Where it falls short
- When we checked, postaga.com returned a hosting error instead of the product site.
- With no reachable pricing or status page, it's hard to depend on it for ongoing campaigns.

Any outreach tool is only as good as two things it can't fix on its own: the list of posts you pitch and whether your email lands. Our best-of list guide covers the first; our notes on sending from Google Workspace covers the second. If you're new to the process, start with how link building outreach works end to end.
